Kim Skinner is the Senior Director of Accounting & Finance at InnovaFlex® Foundry. She rejoined the company in 2025 and brings more than 25 years of experience in financial planning, reporting, and analysis across manufacturing, high-tech, and software organizations.
Kim has held finance leadership and analyst roles at Agilent Technologies, Hewlett-Packard, Solver, and InnovaFlex® (formerly dpiX). During her first tenure at InnovaFlex®, she spent 11 years in progressively senior finance leadership roles, supporting business growth through strong financial stewardship, planning, and operational insight. Prior to returning, she expanded her expertise in financial systems and technology at Solver, where she served as Senior Product Manager and Director of Customer Experience, focusing on reporting automation, data-driven decision-making, and aligning financial tools with business needs.
Throughout her career, Kim has served in roles including Vice President of Business Administration, Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, Owner & CFO, and Senior Financial Analyst. She is passionate about leveraging financial reporting tools and well-designed processes to simplify complexity, strengthen business operations, and support informed decision-making.
Kim holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs and an MBA from Regis University. She lives in the mountains of Colorado and enjoys running, spending time outdoors, traveling, RVing, and beach time with her family.
