Dee Anna is the Sr. Director of People Operations (Human Resource Management) at InnovaFlex, having joined the company in June 2022. She leads a team of HR and payroll professionals who serve and support the company’s most valuable asset, it’s teammates. She has over 25 years of experience in human resources, working in various industries, such as financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, engineering, technology, construction, mass media, petroleum, retail, and automotive. She is a strategic HR business partner who focuses on implementing best practices in employee relations, training and development, compliance, and human capital management. She has strong technical and organizational skills, as well as has a compassionate approach to leading. She is extremely enthusiastic about driving positive change and dedicating her time to company-wide projects that focus on large- and small-scale solutions geared towards improving critical aspects such as employee retention, engagement, and culture.
Dee Anna holds an associate degree in Management – Human Resources and a bachelor’s degree in Business – Finance. She is certified in organizational development (ODCP) and human resources (SPHR and SHRM-SCP).
Dee Anna loves giving back to her community and the HR field. She has been involved in various volunteer activities over the years, such as mentoring young professionals, and serving on several boards of directors at both the local and state levels. She believes that by serving others she can make a positive difference in the world. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) at the national and local levels; and has held several leadership positions, such as Vice President of Programs and Certification for Colorado Springs SHRM, Director of Special Events and Programs for Mile High SHRM, formerly CHRA, and District Director for the Denver and Colorado Springs chapters. She is currently actively involved in the Colorado Springs business community where she works with other business partners on initiatives related to “live and work here.”
Dee Anna is a proud local of Englewood, CO, where she followed in the footsteps of her grandma and her dad graduating from Englewood High School. She loves spending time with her husband Ray and their adorable fur babies who join them on RV trips. Ray and Dee Anna have a blended family of five wonderful children and many grandchildren that fill their lives with joy and laughter.
