Charissa Smith is the Fab Operations Director at InnovaFlex Foundry. Charissa is responsible for all aspects of operations and meeting customer shipments. Charissa joined InnovaFlex (then known as dpiX) in 2007 and has worked as the Test Supervisor and Fab Manager.
Prior to joining InnovaFlex, Charissa previously held positions as a Supervisor and Group Lead with Atmel, Vitesse and Intel. Her experience ranges from managing small teams within the fab environment, to managing overall fab and test manufacturing operations. As Fab Director, Charissa works with Engineering, Design, Yield, Planning, Purchasing, Finance and Human Resources to meet the company deliverables.
Charissa holds a B.S. in Business Management.
Outside of InnovaFlex, Charissa enjoys spending time with her family, camping, four-wheeling, and boating. She is an adventurer at heart and plans a trip each year that takes her to a place she has not visited before.
